Belonging

At RMGS, we are committed to ensuring that every member of our school community feels valued, respected and included. As part of this commitment, we have developed our Belonging Strategy, which aims to foster a strong sense of community where all students can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The strategy is built around our school values and promotes acceptance, mutual respect, empathy and understanding for all. It also provides opportunities for students, staff and families to contribute to school life and strengthen our shared identity as members of the RMGS community.

Throughout the year, we will be holding a range of events that celebrate diversity, encourage kindness, support important causes and bring our school community together. We hope that all students will take part and enjoy these opportunities to learn, reflect and contribute positively to school life.
