Virtual Work Experience with HSBC : ALL years

If you are interested in gaining some finance work experience then register for the HSBC virtual WEX in October for all students. These happen outside of school hours to make it easier for you to join.

Career in Law? Years 11, 12 & 13

Are you considering a career in law but unsure about the best route to take? Join this Get Into Law Insight Networking Evening on Monday, September 22nd, from 5 pm to 7pm. At this event, you will hear directly from leading law firms and legal experts about the different pathways into the legal profession through interactive workshops and breakout room sessions. This event is designed for students exploring options such as legal apprenticeships, solicitor training contracts, and university pathways. Whether you seek an alternative to university, want clarity on the legal profession, or want work experience, this session will give you the information you need to make an informed decision about your future.

Business and accounting event for Y12 and Y13

Business and Accounting event : PwC, KPMG, UBS, Forvis Mazars, BDO, RSM, CIMA, Grant Thornton & S&W are all joining together for a one-off special event taking place on Tuesday, 23rd September, 5pm -7pm online via Zoom.

You will have the opportunity to join breakout room sessions where you can participate in mini workshops, gain a more tailored understanding of specific firms, and hear about how you could kick-start your careers within these companies. Think about work experience for the summer, internships, graduate opportunities and of course, their hugely popular degree apprenticeship programs for you to apply for!

Insight to Lloyds Banking Group : Years 11, 12 & 13

"Are you interested a taking your first step into the world of banking and finance? Whether you're considering apprenticeships, work experience, internships or graduate schemes—this session is your launchpad."

At this virtual event, you will participate in workshops, network with their people, and hear about all of the key application deadlines for this year’s opportunities. You’ll hear straight from senior leaders about their journey, as well as recent apprentices and graduates and the advice they wish they’d had when starting out.
