Year 10 students
It can be difficult for Year 10 students to find work experience in specific fields due to age requirements. However, RMGS are still passionate about offering this opportunity to our Year 10 students as this is more about providing the opportunity to develop a range of skills in any setting outside school. We highlight that placements in primary schools, charities or with family and friends can still offer a wonderful opportunity to help develop skills and develop their CV's.
We encourage Year 10 students to find their own placements as this in itself can help develop a valuable skill set.

Year 12 & 13 students
RMGS encourage Year 12 students to find their own Work experience placements as this helps deepen their communication, organisation and confidence.
We expect most Year 12 students to seek placements within a field that they are either interested in or want to find out more about. We appreciate this is not always possible particularly in those more competitive sectors, but we have a range of tools and resources available to help Year 12 students seek such placements.
