The school immunisation service will be in school on the 27th and 28th of June to deliver the Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio (Td/IPV) and Meningococcal ACWY (MenACWY) vaccinations to year 9 and a catch up for year 10.

Please complete the online consent form at kentcht.nhs.uk/forms/imms-consent-form clearly marking whether you consent or decline consent before midnight on 22nd June 2022.

Please be advised, the Year 10 cohort are a catch-up year group. With the programme being delivered in lockdown last academic year 2020-2021, NHS England has asked us to offer this vaccination to any children who may have missed it. However, the team visited Rainham Mark and delivered the vaccine to that year group in July 2021 when schools had returned. Therefore, you should only register your child for this vaccination if they did not receive this in July 2021.
