Update of Covid controls

Dear parent/carer,

You may be aware that the government’s operational guidance for schools on Covid controls is changing from Monday 17th May. I can confirm that from next Monday face coverings will no longer be recommended for students in classrooms or communal areas in the school.

Students must still wear a face covering on public transport and on school buses. This does not apply to students who are exempt from wearing face coverings.

Students who wish to continue to wear face coverings in school may do so.

All other Covid controls (such as Year Group “bubbles”) remain unchanged.
