Mitigating circumstances for Summer Awards
Dear Parent/Carer and Students
In order not to disadvantage our students please would you fill in the form given on the link below.
It is an opportunity for you to state any particular circumstances that may have affected your child during the pandemic which may have had a detrimental effect on their performance in the assessments being used.
As a school we will be given more information about which mitigating circumstances we can or cannot use over the following weeks, but it seems prudent that we have the information already at hand so it can be applied if it is permitted to do so.
Please send back 'nil' returns if your child has not been affected by any circumstances beyond those that affected all the students.
We would appreciate returns by Tuesday 4th May.
Forms will be treated with utmost confidence and will be destroyed after any appeals process.
